JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Cloud Security Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey to secure cloud environments. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by providing deep expertise in cloud security solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and developing tailored security architectures that address customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities, understanding customer requirements and challenges.
• Design and present comprehensive cloud security solutions, including risk assessments, compliance strategies, and threat mitigation.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our cloud security offerings.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs, providing detailed technical content and architecture designs.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cloud security.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCIES

Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Computer Application, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience

• An experience of 8 years and above in the similar role.
• Proven experience in cloud security, with a strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Understanding cloud infrastructure of Security vendors like Palo Alto, Sysdig, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare Akamai etc will be added advantage.

Skills and Certifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including shared responsibility models.
• Knowledge of relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

COMPENSATION
The gross compensation budgeted for the position is ranging from INR 12 to 15 lakhs per annum (LPA) negotiable further to commensurate with skills, qualifications, certifications, trainings, experience and salary history.
